PURPOSE: An eco-aquarium with pond snails is provided to minimize the effort invested into the maintenance of the aquarium by enabling fish to survive without almost any water change.CONSTITUTION: An eco-aquarium with pond snails (1) comprises an aquarium (11), a pump (11), a microorganism generator (13), and pond snails (15). The water in the aquarium is fresh. The pump installed inside the aquarium includes a pump hole (11a) for inhaling water. The microorganism generator connected with the pump through a pipe has some areas exposed to air and includes a hole (19a) for returning water to the aquarium.
