PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic oral trainer in which a patient planning an orthodontic treatment has pseudo-experience of an oral sense in the treatment before real treatment, and is capable of training comprising chewing, breathing, pronouncing and swallowing function.SOLUTION: An orthodontic oral trainer (T) of the present invention comprises a removable body (1) freely worn and removed to/from a correction-planned dentition, and simulators (2, 3) formed by simulating at least a portion of a correction tool to be worn in the dentition and disposed in the removable body. When using the orthodontic oral trainer, a dentist can decide whether or not the orthodontic treatment is adaptable to a patient himself planning the orthodontic treatment, whether or not the treatment can be continued for a long term, or the time to start full-scale treatment, etc. Also, the patient is made to adapt to chewing, breathing, pronouncing and swallowing function temporarily changed after the start of treatment before real treatment as soon as possible, and can perform training to be accustomed in an oral sense.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】矯正歯科治療を予定している患者が、その治療時の口腔感覚を、現実の治療前に擬似体感し、咀嚼、呼吸、発音や嚥下機能を含むトレーニングができる矯正歯科口腔トレーナーを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の矯正歯科口腔トレーナー(T)は、矯正予定の歯列に対する装着と脱着が自在な着脱体(1)と、歯列に取付けが想定される矯正具の少なくとも一部を模擬してなり該着脱体に配設された模擬体(2、3)とからなる。この矯正歯科口腔トレーナーを用いると、歯科医師は矯正歯科治療を予定している患者が、矯正歯科治療が自身に適合しているか否か、その治療を長期間にわたって継続できるか否か等を、本格的な治療を開始する時期などが判断出来る。また、患者は、現実の治療前に、治療開始後の一時的に変化する咀嚼、呼吸、発音や嚥下機能をできるだけ早期に順応させ、口腔感覚に慣れるトレーニングを行うことができる。【選択図】図1
