Disclosed is a crop cultivation system having enhanced work efficiency. The crop cultivation system comprises: a plurality of cultivation rack frames arranged in two rows； as firt longitudinal transfer unit transferring first row rack frames among the cultivation rack frames in a first longitudinal direction parallel to the row direction； a second longitudinal transfer unit transferring second row rack frames among the cultivation rack frames in a second longitudinal direction which is a direction opposite to the first longitudinal direction； a first transverse transfer unit transferring a rack frame arranged on the outermost end in the first longitudinal direction among the first row rack frames in a first transverse direction and arranging the rack frame on the second row； and a second transverse transfer unit transferring a rack frame arranged on the outermost end in the second longitudinal direction among the second row rack frames in a second transverse direction which is a direction opposite to the first transverse direction and arranging the rack frame on the first row. Accordingly, workers perform cultivation management and harvest work in a position facing a rack frame arranged on the outermost end in the first longitudinal direction or in the second longitudinal direction, thereby enhancing work efficiency.작업 효율이 향상된 작물 재배 시스템이 개시된다. 이러한 작물 재배 시스템은 2열로 배치된 복수의 재배 거치틀들, 상기 재배 거치틀들 중 제1 열 거치틀들을 상기 열 방향과 평행한 제1 종방향을 따라 이동시키는 제1 종방향 이동장치, 상기 재배 거치틀들 중 제2 열 거치틀들을 상기 제1 종방향과 반대 방향인 제2 종방향을 따라 이동시키는 제2 종방향 이동장치, 상기 제1 열 거치틀들 중 상기 제1 종방향으로 최단에 배치된 거치틀을 제1 횡방향을 따라 이동시켜 상기 제2 열로 배치시키는 제1 횡방향 이동장치, 및 상기 제2 열 거치틀들 중 상기 제2 종방향으로 최단에 배치된 거치틀을 상기 제1 횡방향과 반대 방향인 제2 횡방향을 따라 이동시켜 상기 제1 열로 배치시키는 제2 횡방향 이동장치를 포함한다. 이로써, 작업자들은 제1 또는 제2 종방향으로 최단에 배치된 거치틀에 마주하는 위치에서 재배 관리 및 수확 작업을 수행하여 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
