When water starts to boil, open the lid and boil more for 2~4 hours after reducing fire. Repeat this process for 2~3 times and extract in a hot water extraction mode. This extract is extract of Hovenia berries. Evenly mixes up about well ripen fruits of schisandra 1kg after adding sugar of 0.5~1.2kg. Put the mixture of fruits of schisandra and sugar into fermentation container such as jar etc, and ferment as well as ripen for 6~12 month. This extract is extract of Schizandra. Put dried Acanthopanax sessiliflorus in a container. Boil about Acanthopanax sessiliflorus 1kg after putting water of 30~40l.
