PURPOSE: Leek juice containing sugar is provided to feed a chicken by diluting with drinking water for the chicken. It removes an unpleasant smell of the egg and thickens the color of egg yolk when continuously fed to the chicken. CONSTITUTION: A leek(Allium tuberosum) is mixed with sugar in a ratio of 2:1 and then stored at room temperature(10 to 25deg.C) for 5 to 7 days to give leek juice. The leek juice is aged at room temperature for 5 to 7 days. The juice is diluted in a ratio of 1/10 or less of the amount of water to be fed to the chicken.
