The Sophora Japonica L. extract is obtained from fruit of Sophora Japonica L. using water, alcohol of 1-5 carbon atoms, ethyl acetate, hexane, dichloromethane, chloroform, methylene chloride or mixture thereof. The composition is used in the form of powders, granules, tablets, suspensions, emulsions, or health foods.
