PURPOSE: A producing method of a rubus coreanus composition for preventing and curing atopic diseases, and a use thereof are provided to minimize the damage of active components of rubus coreanus seeds. CONSTITUTION: A rubus coreanus composition contains 5~30wt% of conjugated linoleic acid. The rubus coreanus composition additionally contains a compound selected from the group consisting of omega-3, omega-6, ellagitannins, ellagic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and oleic acid.
