Independent claims are included for the preparation of (I), comprising enzymatic transesterification of: either medium chain triglycerides of formula (R 4>;OC-OCH 2-CH(OCOR 5>;)-CH 2O-COR 6>;) and conjugated linolic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, omega-6 fatty acids, conjugated linolic acid based triglyceride and/or omega-3 or omega-6 fatty acids based triglyceride; or a mixture of fatty acids/their esters of formula (R 7>;COOR 8>;) and conjugated linolic acid and/or omega-3 and/or omega-6 fatty acids.
