FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: dried beet pulp production method involves stages of squeezing, granulation, active ventilation and drying. After squeezing with usage of a deep squeezing press, pulp is granulated in a rotation press. Then the main part of moisture content is removed from the pulp granules by way of active ventilation with atmospheric air till the pulp moisture content is equal to 20-25 %. Then one performs additional drying in drying installations till the moisture content, as required by GOST, is less than 13%.EFFECT: invention allows to increase drying installation performance and process all the pulp generated at the enterprise into a fodder product.2 tbl
