The pharmaceutical composition is manufactured in the form of a powder, a granule, a tablet, a capsule, a suspension, an emulsion, a syrup, an aerosol, an extract, an injection solution, a transdermal drug, or a suppository. A food composition for enhancing muscle fatigue resistance or muscle mass contains celastrol as an active ingredient.본 발명은 셀라스트롤(celastrol)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 근피로 저항 또는 근질량 증가용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 셀라스트롤은 근세포 내에서 ATP를 안정적으로 공급하여 근피로에 대한 저항성을 높이고, 근단백질 분해 억제와 근단백질 생성을 촉진하여 근수축 단백질을 더 축적시켜 근질량을 증가시킴으로써, 운동경기력 향상에 효능을 나타내므로, 기능성 스포츠 음료 개발 등에 사용할 수 있다.
