PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition containing sea cucumber-derived saponin is provided to cheaply produce a cosmetic composition with high added-value, containing sea cucumber-derived saponin by an eco-friendly method. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition containing sea cucumber-derived saponin comprises the steps of: steaming sea cucumber； collecting byproducts from the steamed sea cucumber and filtering the byproducts by compression； removing salts from the byproducts； and adding the byproducts containing saponin to a cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition contains saponin and desalted byproducts of sea cucumber.
