The moving machine has several mowing discs where these (4) operate in free cut and are fixed to a support beam (3) which lies behind the mowing discs in the direction of travel (A). Each mowing disc (4) is fixed to a support element (37), which is carried on the support beam (3). The discs are fixed to the support beam (3) with only a single bolt (44) and there is a support (37) between adjacent mowing discs. Each member forms a part of the support element, while the beam is a tube with circular or hexagonal cross-section or square or rectangular cross-section.
