PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide milks with satisfactory flavor imparted with richness derived from a milk equal to that of milks sterilized by UHT sterilization while suppressing the generation of sulfides caused by heat sterilization.SOLUTION: A raw milk to form into a raw material milk is subjected to homogenizing treatment and is separated into cream and a defatted milk by centrifugal separation, and the obtained cream is subjected to UHT sterilization. Then, the heat-sterilized cream and defatted milk are mixed, the mixture is subjected to homogenizing treatment, and subsequently, HTST sterilization treatment is performed to obtain milks having a low content of sulfide and imparted with richness derived from a milk.
