PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning system, enabling to move and tilt an imaging device.SOLUTION: The positioning system 20 for an imaging device includes an imaging component element 30, and a tilting arm support 22 coupled to the imaging component element. The tilting arm support includes a connection part 44 to tilt the imaging component element as the tilting arm support is moved. In another embodiment, the tilting arm support to support the imaging component element includes a first sprocket, a second sprocket, and a connection part to couple the first sprocket and the second sprocket in such a way that the imaging component element is tilted as the first and the second sprockets rotate.
