The urine removal pad 1A has one or more cover sheets 6 on the surface 5d of the absorbent body 5, which does not face skin. In the urine removal pad 1A, the rear sheet 3 and the one or more cover sheets 6 are joined via joint parts 7 at both ends 5a, 5b of the absorbent body 5 in the length direction thereof and at both sides 5s along the length direction. The joint parts 7 are arranged opposite to each other.
