A hand motor-skill test system is disclosed, capable of executing a hand motor-skill test without the need of a test toolbox and/or a staff responsible for monitoring the execution of the test. The system comprises: a display module, a first hand attitude detecting module, a signal receiving module, a control module, and a test result outputting module. During the test, a person to be examined holds the first hand attitude detecting module with his/her hand. The signal receiving module is used for receiving the signal transmitting from the first hand attitude detecting module. Besides, the control module is connected with the display module, the signal receiving module and the test result outputting module, and computes a hand motor test result of the person by means of executing a hand motor test process.
