PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweet-taste material composition for preventing and improving obesity that has improved efficacy of preventing and improving obesity and has improved quality of sweetness.SOLUTION: The sweet-taste material composition for preventing and improving obesity contains as active ingredients a glucose and fructose absorption inhibition component and sugar degradation inhibitory sugars or sugar alcohols.
