PURPOSE: A mushroom cultivation container and an automated cultivation method of Lentinus edodes using thereof are provided to reduce the time, costs, and manpower for cultivating mushrooms compare to a bag cultivation method. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom cultivation container comprises the following: a bottle neck unit including a lid attached to the upper side； a body unit(13) with the diameter bigger than the bottle neck unit, including an internal space and an opening on the lower side； and a supporter(17) screwed or fitted to the lower side of the body unit for discharging a cultivated medium without damaging, including a lamination groove(176) for laminating one container with another. The supporter is formed with a bottom unit, and a combining unit(173) screwed to the inner or outer periphery of the body unit.본 발명은 버섯 재배용 용기 및 그를 이용한 표고 버섯의 자동화 재배 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 배지의 제조에 투입되는 시간, 인력 및 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 표고 버섯의 자동화를 통해 수율 향상 및 작업 효율을 높일 수 있는 버섯 재배용 용기에 관한 것이다.한편, 본 발명에 따른 버섯 재배용 용기는 내부공간에 채워지는 배지에 버섯의 종균을 접종하여 배양하는 용기에 있어서, 상단에 뚜껑이 탈부착되는 병목부 및 병목부보다 큰 직경을 가지고 내부공간이 형성되며, 소정 기간 동안 배양된 배지를 손상 없이 꺼낼 수 있도록 상하로 분리되는 상부 몸체부 및 하부 몸체부로 이루어지는 몸체부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
