PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of improving image quality in rotational imaging.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus for continuously collecting X-ray images by rotating an arm which holds an X-tube while sequentially setting X-ray image collection conditions by feedback control includes an acquisition part, a setting part and a collection part. The acquisition part acquires body thickness information of a subject. The setting part sets collection conditions at the time of a start of collection of the X-ray images on the basis of the body thickness information of the subject.
