PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently set the obtaining range of a slice image when obtaining the slice image is obtained.SOLUTION: A first image obtaining part 20 performs plain radiography of a subject 2 and obtains the plain radiographic image of the subject 2. An operator diagnoses the plain radiographic image displayed on a display part 25, and gives instruction of tomosynthesis radiography when it is needed. Thus, a body thickness information obtaining part 27 obtains body thickness information about the subject 2, and a condition setting part 28 sets a slice image obtainment condition representing a range that is a target of generating a slice image in the subject 2 on the basis of the body thickness information. Further, a second image obtaining part 21 performs the tomosynthesis radiography to obtain a plurality of radiographic images, and a reconstruction part 22 generates a slice image by reconstructing the radiographic images.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】断層画像取得時における断層画像の取得範囲を効率よく設定できるようにする。【解決手段】第1の画像取得部20が、被写体2の単純撮影を行って単純撮影画像を取得する。操作者が表示部25に表示された単純撮影画像を診断して、必要な場合にトモシンセシス撮影の指示を行う。これにより、体厚情報取得部27が被写体2の体厚情報を取得し、条件設定部28が、体厚情報に基づいて被写体2において断層画像を生成する対象となる範囲を表す断層画像取得条件を設定する。そして、第2の画像取得部21がトモシンセシス撮影を行って複数の撮影画像を取得し、再構成部22が撮影画像を再構成して断層画像を生成する。【選択図】図1
