PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated preparation for a food additive and a method for producing the preparation.SOLUTION: There are provided the method for producing the coated preparation for the food additive comprising (1) a powder mixing process to use a food additive powder insoluble in oil-and-fat and exhibiting solid state and a solid coating material powder exhibiting solid state and having a melting point lower than that of the food additive, and mix the food additive powder with the solid coating material powder at a temperature lower than the melting point of the solid coating agent, (2) a heating process to heat the mixture obtained by the powder mixing process under stirring to a temperature not lower than the melting point of the solid coating agent and below the melting point of the food additive, and (3) a cooling process to cool the heated mixture to a temperature below the melting point of the solid coating agent, and the coated preparation for food additive produced by the production method.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】食品添加用被覆製剤及びその製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】1)油脂不溶性かつ固体である食品添加剤の粉体と固体であり前記食品添加剤より融点の低い固形被覆剤の粉体とを、前記固形被覆剤の融点未満の温度で混合する粉体混合工程と、2)前記粉体混合工程で得られた混合物を攪拌しながら前記固形被覆剤の融点以上かつ前記食品添加剤の融点未満の温度に加熱する加熱工程と、3)前記加熱された混合物を前記固形被覆剤の融点未満の温度に冷却する冷却工程とを有する食品添加用被覆製剤の製造方法である。また、それにより製造された食品添加用被覆製剤が提供される。【選択図】なし
