Die Erfindung betrifft ein Herstellungsverfahren für ein Extrakt aus in festen Nährmedien kultivierten Mycelien von Antrodia cinnamomea und dessen Anwendung, wobei es sich bei dem Extrakt um 2,3,6-Trimethoxy-4-Methylphenol, auch Leader 1 genannt, handelt, wobei das Extrakt die Beweglichkeit, die Migration und das Eindringen von Lungenkrebszellen effektiv unterdrücken kann und sich somit als sehr wirksam bei der Bekämpfung der Metastasierung eines Lungentumors erweist.
