A composite of graphene oxide and PTZ that may further entrap a redox enzyme. This composite can be used for detecting the substrate of the redox enzyme in a sample or for producing an acid byproduct of the enzymatic reaction. Furthermore, provided herein is a kit which includes a composite of graphene oxide and PTZ entrapping a redox enzyme and means for connecting the entrapping composite to a source of electricity.Cette invention concerne un composite d'oxyde de graphène et de PTZ qui peut en outre encapsuler une enzyme d'oxydo-réduction. Ce composite peut être utilisé pour détecter le substrat de l'enzyme d'oxydo-réduction dans un échantillon ou pour produire un sous-produit de type acide de la réaction enzymatique. Un kit comprenant un composite constitué d'oxyde de graphène et de PTZ encapsulant une enzyme d'oxydo-réduction et un moyen de raccordement du composite d'encapsulation à une source d'électricité sont en outre décrits.
