PURPOSE: An insect controlling device is provided to effectively kill insects within 10 m by generating carbon dioxide by hydrolysis of a carbon dioxide tablet.CONSTITUTION: An insect controlling device comprises a body(10), a light emitting unit(12), a cover(14), a sucking fan(20), a funnel, a container(26), a carbon dioxide generator(28), and a nanosilver coating layer. The light emitting unit generates light luring insects into the upper part of the body. The cover has a suction hole inhales the insect and is located in the upper part of the light emitting unit. The sucking fan generates sucking force for sucking the insects. The funnel collects the sucking force into the center thereof. The container collects insects. The carbon dioxide generator conducts hydrolysis by using carbon dioxide tablet.
