The present invention relates to self-assembly type Janus microparticles and a preparation method therefor. The present invention can be used for preparing Janus microparticles in which a degree of phase separation is precisely controlled, for realizing stable interfacial orientation by selectively coating only one side of particles with a metal oxide, and for mass-producing Janus microparticles which have a degree of phase separation precisely controlled and exhibit extreme amphiphilicity in an anisotropic structure.
