At least one collector (20) for the liquid fat, which collector (20) is movable between at least two positions, a first position beneath the pressing elements (6) to collect the liquid fat flowing from the pressing elements (6) during pressing and to transport the liquid fat to the gutter (17) and a second position to allow cakes (16) to fall past it and into the conveyor (15).
