PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-controlled actuator capable of changing the posture of a tool attached at the distal end of a slender pipe by the remote-control, and easily changing the posture of the tool by the operation at hand.SOLUTION: The remote-controlled actuator includes a slender spindle guide 3, a distal-end member 2 attached at the distal end of the spindle guide in such a way that the posture can be changed, and a drive part housing 4a to which the proximal end of the spindle guide 3 is coupled and which can be held by hand. The distal-end member 2 rotatably supports a spindle 13 holding the tool 1. The spindle guide 3 includes a rotating shaft 22 for transmitting the rotation to the spindle 13, and a posture operating member 31 for changing the posture of the distal-end member 2 by the forward/backward movement within a guide hole 30a. The posture operating member 31 is moved forward/backward by a posture changing drive source. A posture changing operation implement 53 for outputting a motion command signal to the posture changing drive source is mounted outside the drive part housing 4a.
