The present invention relates to an intraoral device for the repositioning of the tongue, comprising a support which can be fixed relative to a maxillary dental arch of a patient, characterized in that it comprises a blade (8) which is mounted on the support and extends in a longitudinal direction, inscribable within a sagittal plane of the patient, from a posterior end to an anterior end, the blade comprising an elastically deformable portion (10) configured to alternately adopt a rest position, in which the portion (10) positions itself at least partly beyond a bite plane of the patient, and at least one constrained position, in which the portion (10) is deformed in the direction of the bite plane. The device will have a use in all disorders involving poor positioning of the tongue.
