The present invention relates to an X-ray photographing apparatus which can perform calibration simply because it is possible to move a slit plate and a shielding plate to each calibration position according as driving a moving block integrated with the slit plate to slide up and down, and can adjust a plane slope and plane position of the slit plate of a collimator and a plane slope of the shielding plate precisely without regard to experience and skill of an operator. For this, the X-ray photographing apparatus of the present invention includes: an X-ray source for irradiating an X-ray the collimator for adjusting an irradiation range of the X-ray irradiated from the X-ray source and an X-ray sensor which detects the X-ray passing through a head of an examinee by being irradiated through the collimator.
