Provided in the present invention is a dry powder for inhalation formulation comprising two or more composite active ingredients selected from the group consisting of salmeterol or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； tiotropium or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and fluticasone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a diluent, wherein the diluent includes 0.1-50 wt% of fine powder having the average particle diameter (X50) of 30 &mu；m or less with respect to total diluent, and improves stability of at least one among the active ingredients compared with a diluent containing 50% or more of the fine powder with respect to the total diluent. Also, an inhalation formulation comprising the dry powder is provided.본 발명은 살메테롤 (salmeterol) 또는 이의 약제학적 허용가능한 염；티오트로피움 (tiotropium) 또는 이의 약제학적 허용가능한 염； 및플루티카손 (fluticasone) 또는 이의 약제학적 허용가능한 염으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 두 가지 이상의 복합 활성성분, 및희석제를 포함하고, 상기 희석제는 평균 입자경(X50)이 30 ㎛ 이하인 미분이 전체 희석제의 0.1 내지 50 중량% 이고, 상기 미분의 함량이 전체 희석제의 50 중량%를 초과할 경우에 비해 상기 활성성분 중 적어도 하나의 안정성이 개선된 것인, 흡입 제형용 건조분말 및 그 건조분말을 포함하는 흡입 제형을 제공한다.
