Specifically, provided are: a fibroin sheet not having a non-porous film across the entirety of at least one surface of the sheet, and having a hardness at 25% compression of 200-800 kPa and a thickness of 0.25-2.5 mm a medical sheet comprising the fibroin porous sheet and a wound covering material comprising the fibroin porous sheet.
