Provided are: a fibroin porous sheet that is thin, has superior water absorption speed, water retention, and adhesiveness, and preferably has superior transparency when water has been absorbed and a method for producing same. Specifically, provided are: a fibroin sheet not having a non-porous film across the entirety of at least one surface of the sheet, and having a hardness at 25% compression of 200-800 kPa and a thickness of 0.25-2.5 mm a medical sheet comprising the fibroin porous sheet and a wound covering material comprising the fibroin porous sheet. Further provided is a method for producing a fibroin porous sheet by compressing a dried fibroin porous body having a hardness at 25% compression of 200-800 kPa at a compression rate of 7-40%, and then slicing the result by means of a bandsaw.本發明提供一種薄且吸水速度、保水性、密接性及較佳為吸水時的透明性優異的絲蛋白多孔質片材及其製造方法等。詳細而言,本發明提供一種絲蛋白多孔質片材、使用該絲蛋白多孔質片材而成的醫療用片材、及使用該絲蛋白多孔質片材而成的創傷敷材,所述絲蛋白多孔質片材是片材的至少一表面遍及整個面不具有非多孔皮膜,25%壓縮硬度為200kPa~800kPa,厚度為0.25mm~2.5mm。進而,本發明提供一種絲蛋白多孔質片材的製造方法,其是將25%壓縮硬度為200kPa~800kPa的乾燥絲蛋白多孔質體以壓縮率7%~40%進行壓縮並利用帶鋸進行切片。
