A mouthpiece is provided that is attached to a high suction dental adapter to assist dental staff by hands-free suction and separation at the chair side during dental procedures. The mouthpiece includes a main body portion, a mouth corner portion, and a suction connector portion. In the embodiment, the main body portion, the mouth corner portion and the suction connector portion (and its sub-portion) are preferably integrally formed by injection molding. In an exemplary embodiment, the mouthpiece may be made of a material that is flexible, translucent, suitable for injection molding, high heat resistance, and capable of being autoclaved. Such materials include silicone. The mouthpiece is reusable because it can be made of a material that is heat resistant and autoclavable.
