PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CoQ10 composition of which the absorbability is improved, and its convenient, effective and economical production method.SOLUTION: The coenzyme Q10 composition includes particles of the coenzyme Q10 and particles of soybean protein or particles of hydrolyzates of soybean protein, wherein 70% or more of all the particles are 10 μm or less in particle diameter. Especially, the coenzyme Q10 composition contains 0.5% or more of particles having a particle diameter of 1 μm or less in all the particles.
