PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device and data management method which can properly provide objective data on an oxygen concentrator and a user thereof to a doctor or the like.SOLUTION: An information extraction unit 31 of a data management device 11 extracts operation data indicating the operation state of an oxygen concentrator 3 from the oxygen concentrator 3 and extracts motion data indicating the degree of the motion from motion detectors 7, 9 detecting the degree of the motion of a user of the oxygen concentrator 3. An information storage unit 33 stores data in the different kinds extracted by the information extraction unit 31 in association with each other. An information drawing unit 35 creates a display image indicating the change in the data on the basis of the data in the different kinds associated with each other stored in the information storage unit 33.
