PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body which controls the influence of a spine, and is easy to use.SOLUTION: The tubular body is formed into a tube by winding and accumulating a main pattern 5 of prepreg, in which nearly axial directionally-reinforced fibers are aligned, on a core metal.
