The needle has a tubular body (1) comprising an end (2) connected to a product transfer unit e.g. syringe, and another end (3) penetrated into a human or animal body. The latter end is provided with main and secondary bevels (4, 5) for forming a tip (7) of the needle. The secondary bevel is placed opposite to the main bevel for forming an oblique incision edge with respect to a longitudinal axis (A) of the tubular body. The incision edge extends on both sides of a median plane of the main bevel passing through the longitudinal axis.
