PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous technique which allows a radiation imaging device using two imaging panels to acquire an energy subtraction image by a single radiation exposure.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a radiation imaging device, comprising: a first imaging panel provided with a first pixel array including a plurality of first pixels arranged in matrix to output signals in response to radiation or light and a second imaging panel provided with a second pixel array including a plurality of second pixels arranged in matrix to output signals in response to radiation or light. The first imaging panel is disposed first and the second imaging panel is disposed next from the side of the incidence plane for irradiation with radiation such that the first imaging array and the second imaging array are overlapped with each other. The aperture ratio of the second pixels is smaller than the aperture radio of the first pixels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線撮像装置において、2つの撮像パネルを用い、1回の放射線の照射でエネルギサブトラクション画像を取得するために有利な技術を提供する。
