PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging apparatus capable of acquiring a high-definition observation image while suppressing enlargement and increase of weight of the apparatus, a medical image acquisition system and an endoscope device.SOLUTION: The medical imaging apparatus comprises: spectral means for separating a light from the outside into a first light of a first color and a second light containing a second light that is different from the first color a first imaging device including a plurality of first pixels for receiving the first light and converting it into an electric signal and a second imaging device including a plurality of second pixels which are arranged in the same array and at the same interval as the plurality of first pixels in the first imaging device, and a color filter configured by disposing a plurality of filters through which a light of each color of the second color is transmitted, in accordance with the arrangement of the second pixels.
