According to the present invention, an image matching system using a user body customized tracker comprises: a photographing unit for obtaining a scanning image of a user； a tracker which is manufactured on the basis of the anatomical data of the user and includes a plurality of tracking markers for defining relative positions between body parts； a recognition unit for recognizing positions of the tracking markers； and an image matching unit for matching the scanning image of the user on the basis of positions of the tracking markers. According to the system, by using a customized tracker on the basis of a three-dimensional scanning image of a user, it is possible to automatically match a body part and a scanning image by just covering a tracker to a user without performing a conventional fiducial marker attaching-image matching process. Therefore, the present invention can perform more accurate matching in which an error by a person is minimized, can attach and detach a tracker if necessary during an operation, and can maintain the accuracy of matching even after attaching and detaching.본 발명에 따른 사용자 신체 맞춤형 트래커를 이용한 영상 정합 시스템은, 사용자의 스캐닝 영상을 획득하기 위한 촬영부； 상기 사용자의 해부학적 데이터에 기초하여 제작되며, 신체 부위 간의 상대적인 위치를 정의하기 위한 복수 개의 트래킹 마커(tracking marker)를 포함하는 트래커； 상기 복수 개의 트래킹 마커의 위치를 인식하기 위한 인식부； 및 상기 복수 개의 트래킹 마커의 위치에 기초하여, 상기 사용자의 스캐닝 영상을 정합하기 위한 영상 정합부를 포함한다. 상기 시스템에 의하면, 사용자의 3차원 스캐닝 영상에 기초하여 맞춤 제작된 트래커를 이용함으로써, 종래의 기점 마커 부착-영상 정합 과정을 거치지 않고도 사용자에게 트래커를 씌우는 것만으로 신체 부위와 스캐닝 영상을 자동으로 정합할 수 있다. 따라서, 사람에 의한 오차를 최소화한 보다 정확한 정합이 가능하며, 수술 중 필요에 따라 트래커를 탈부착 할 수 있고, 탈부착 후에도 정합의 정확도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있다.
