PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent for a prosthetic valve that realizes stable indwelling of a prosthetic valve in a body, and to provide the prosthetic valve with the stent.SOLUTION: A prosthetic valve with a stent comprises: a stent 11 and a valve forming part that is held by the stent 11. The stent 11 comprises: multiple column parts 14 that extend in an axial direction and are provided at prescribed intervals in a circumferential direction and a coupling part 15 that couples the column parts 14 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. The column parts 14 respectively include: a pair of column materials 17 that extend in the axial direction and are provided side by side in the circumferential direction and multiple connection materials 18 that respectively connect the column materials to each other. The column parts 14 are coupled to the coupling parts 15 that are different in each circumferential direction of the pair of column materials 17.
