The present invention relates to an artificial nipple for preventing abdominal pain which allows proper air inflow into a baby bottle and prevents milk from being leaked to the outside of the baby bottle when a baby is being fed. To this end, the artificial nipple for preventing abdominal pain according to the present invention comprises: a dome-shaped body unit a nipple unit protruding to the outside of the body unit to be connected therewith an air inlet penetrating at one portion of the body unit and a valve which forms an opening connected to the air inlet by being connected to protrude to be inclined in a ridge form toward the inside the body unit so that each end portion thereof can be in contact with the air inlet, and which includes a relatively thin inner membrane and a relatively thick outer membrane. The inner membrane is formed to be longer than the outer membrane, so that the valve can be formed to be inclined inwardly and downwardly. A space unit, which is formed to be dented outwardly from the inner surface of the body unit, is formed around the valve, so that the opening does not protrude more than the inner surface of the body unit.
