PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection pipe capable of easily opening a flow passage of a liquid from an upper part to a lower part of a housing, and enabling a user to perform operation such as injection of a chemical liquid or the like and sampling of blood more quickly and reliably.SOLUTION: A valve 5 formed of an elastic body is disposed in a space of a housing 2. The valve 5 has a head part 5H, a leg part 5F, and a pedestal 5B from an upper part direction toward a lower part direction. The head part 5H forms an inclined part 5SL in a circumferential direction or one direction of a side part S. When viewed from the one direction of the side part S and one direction of another side part S, the inclined part 5SL is formed asymmetrically with respect to the center of a longitudinal direction of the valve 5. The pedestal 5B has a leg arrangement part 5BF, and the lower part of the leg part 5F is arranged in the upper part of the leg part arrangement part 5BF.
