CONSTITUTION: A producing method of snacks obtained by rolling nuts with dried fish or meat slices comprises the following steps: supplying the dried fish or meat slices to the upper side of a mounting unit with a recess on the bottom(S100)； forming recessed grooves on the dried fish or meat slices to the longitudinal direction using a pressurizing unit with a pressure piece(S110)； inserting the nuts into the recessed grooves of the dried fish or meat slices using a nut supplying unit(S120)； rolling one and the other ends of the dried fish or meat slices using a pull-out member of a roiling unit around the nuts(S130)； and heat-compressing both ends of the dried fish or meat slices for 2-5 seconds at 150-200 deg C using a heat-compressing member(S140).본 발명은 본 발명은 견과류가 포에 말림된 과자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 포(수산물 건어물포) 또는 육포를 이송시키는 중에 견과류를 상면으로 공급하고, 상면에 견과류가 공급된 포를 말림시킨 후 포의 양단을 가열 압착시켜 제조하므로써, 견과류가 포로부터 쉽게 이탈되지 않고 편리하게 한 번에 포와 견과류를 동시에 먹을 수 있도록 하는 것에 있으며, 이러한 목적은 제어부의 제어에 의해 구동모터가 구동하는 것에 대응되게 작동되는 이송용컨베이어 상면에 일정 간격으로 다수개 설치되되, 바닥면에는 요홈이 형성되어 구비되는 안착부의 상면에 포를 공급하는 단계와, 상기 단계에 의해 상면에 포가 안착된 안착부가 이동됨에 따른 이송용컨베이어의 일측에 요홈에 대응되는 요철형상의 가압편을 갖추어 설치된 가압부를 작동시켜 포에 종방향으로 요홈을 성형하는 단계와, 상기 단계에 의해 종방향으로 요홈이 형성되어 안착부가 이동하는 것에 의해 포가 이동되면, 가압부의 타측 후단에 설치된 견과류공급부를 통하여 포의 요홈측으로 견과류를 투입하는 단계와, 상기 단계에 의해 요홈에 견과류가 투입된 포가 안착부의 이동에 의해 이동되면, 가압부의 일측과 견과류공급부의 일측에 각각 설치된 말림부의 인출부재를 통하여 포의 일단과 타단을 순차적으로 말림(접힘)시키는 단계와, 상기 단계에 의해 견과류를 내부에 수용시켜 말림된 오징어포가 안착부의 이동에 의해 이동되면, 이송용컨베이어의 후단 일측에 설치된 가열압축성형부의 가열압착성형부재를 통하여 포의 양단을 동시에 감싸 가열 압착시켜 성형시키는 단계를 포함한 제조방법과, 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 견과류가 포에 말림된 과자에 의해 달성된다.
