PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing energy consumption when a cutter cord rotates and suppressing noise. A cord holder 18 may include a spool 52 around which cutter cords 22 and 23 are wound, and cases 60 and 62 for accommodating the spool. The cutter cord may be made of a nylon-based resin or may have a flat cross-sectional shape. The cutter cord may be wound around the spool so that the longitudinal direction of the cross section of the cutter cord is substantially parallel to the rotation axis of the spool. The case may include eyelets 54, 55 that send the cutter cord drawn from the spool to the outside of the case. The cutter cord may be sent out from the eyelet so that the longitudinal direction of the cross section of the cutter cord is at a twisted angle with respect to the rotation axis of the spool.
