The present invention relates to a lift-type syringe-input apparatus and an automatic needle separating and collecting device using same and, more particularly, to a novel technology for completely automating a series of procedures of transporting and inputting used syringes exactly to a needle separating space and then separating needles from the syringes and collecting same. An existing needle separating and collecting apparatus has defects in which needles are not properly removed and syringes with needles not yet removed are mixed with separated and collected syringes and thus have to be separated and collected again. As a result, product reliability is degraded and the apparatus fails to achieve the fundamental purpose of separation and collection and thus becomes useless.
