The present invention is directed to a composition containing: an aqueous dispersion comprising (a) particles having a volume-basis particle size distribution with peaks in the range of equal to or greater than 1 &mu；m up to about 100 &mu；m wherein the particles comprise an oil gellant comprising a styrenic block copolymer, and a fatty substance selected from a wax having a melting point of greater than 35° C., anoil, and mixtures thereof； (b) a surfactant mixture comprising a nonionic surfactant and an ionic surfactant； and (c) water； and a carrier.
