The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing granular bed soil using zeolite and diatomaceous earth. The method for manufacturing the granular bed soil for molding and seedbed according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: a mixed raw material producing step for mixing a zeolite having the particle size of 3 mm or less and the pH of 6.0 to 8.0 and the diatomite having the particle size of 3 mm or less and the pH of 3.5 to 4.5 to produce a mixed raw material； a granular bed soil producing step for putting the mixed raw material and a nutrient solution into a fan granulating machine to produce the granular bed soil having the particle size of 0.1 to 8 mm and the pH of 4.5 to 6.0； a hot air drying step for drying the granular bed soil to hot air； and a particle size separation step for separating the granular bed soil dried with the hot air into granular bed soil for the molding having the particle size of 1 to 2.5 mm and the granular bed soil for the seedbed having the particle size of 2.5 to 5.5 mm.본 발명은 제올라이트와 규조토를 이용한 입상형 상토를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 복토용 입상형 상토와 모판용 입상형 상토의 제조방법은 입도가 3mm 이하이고 pH가 6.0~8.0인 제올라이트(zeolite)와 입도가 3mm 이하이고 pH가 3.5~4.5인 규조토를 혼합하여 혼합원료를 생성하는 혼합원료 생성단계와, 팬조립기에 혼합원료와 양액을 투입하여 입도가 0.1~8mm이고 pH가 4.5~6.0인 입상형 상토를 제조하는 입상형 상토 제조 단계와, 입상형 상토를 열풍에 건조시키는 열풍 건조 단계와, 그리고 열풍에 건조된 입상형 상토를 입도가 1~2.5mm인 복토용 입상형 상토와 입도가 2.5~5.5mm인 모판용 입상형 상토로 분리하는 입도 분리 단계를 갖는다.
