The present invention relates to bed soil for a rice paddy and a method for manufacturing the same. The bed soil for a rice paddy is manufactured by: mixing 95-99% of mixed raw materials, obtained by mixing organic materials consisting of coco peat and peat moss, and inorganic materials consisting of vermiculite, loess, feldspar, diatomaceous earth, and zeolite, with 1-5% of fertilizer using organic agricultural materials consisting of four kinds of compound fertilizers, a yucca extract, a quillaia extract, a seaweed extract, and mykosV； and weighing and packaging the mixture. The present invention provides bed soil for a rice paddy appropriate to be used during the low-temperature season (April) and the high-temperature season (May-June) when raising seedlings of rice for a rice paddy and, at the same time, can suppress and prevent fungal pathogens and the overgrowth of rice, which is succulent growth indicating that raised rice seedling grows taller and weaker. In particular, anyone can easily raise seedlings of rice by strengthening the power of raised rice seedlings to withstand poor environments (low temperature/high temperature).본 발명은 수도용 상토 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명의 수도용 상토 및 그 제조방법은, 코코피트, 피트모스로 이루어진 유기물과, 질석, 황토, 가리장석, 규조토, 제오라이트로 이루어진 무기물을 혼합한 혼합원료 95-99%에 4종복합비료, 유황, 유카추출물, 미코스브이로 이루어진 유기농업자재 비효 1-5%를 혼합한 후 계량 및 포장하는 것으로 구성됨에 따라 수도용 묘목인 벼를 육묘함에 있어 저온기(4월) 및 고온기(5-6월)에 적합한 수도용 상토를 제공함과 동시에 육묘된 벼가 키만 크고 연약하게 자라는 웃자람 현상의 도장(徒長； overgrowth)과 곰팡이 병원균을 억제 및 예방할 수 있으며, 특히 불량환경(저온/고온)에서도 육묘된 벼가 견디는 힘을 키워주어 누구나 손쉽게 육묘할 수 있는 등의 탁월한 효과가 있다.
