Embodiments disclose an ultraviolet-resistant dressing and its fabrication method and use. The fabrication method includes: A. a skin-cell stripping agent is mixed with pure water, where the mixture contains 1-2.5 parts by weight of the skin-cell stripping agent and 90-110 parts by weight of the pure water； B. the mixture of the skin-cell stripping agent and the pure water is modified until the mixture is neutral； and C. the mixture is filtered with a micro-sifter and an ultraviolet-resistant dressing is produced. Each aperture of the micro-sifter has a diameter of 0.1 to 0.3 [mu]m. The ultraviolet-resistant dressing is applied directly on the skin to protect from ultra violet (UV) light or sunlight.本發明係有關於一種抗紫外光敷料之製備方法、該抗紫外光敷料及其用途。該製備方法包括：A.將一角質剝離劑與一純水混和，其中該角質剝離劑與該純水之重量比係為該角質剝離劑之重量份為1至2.5，該純水之重量份為90至110之間；B.將該角質剝離劑與該純水之混和液調整至呈現中性；C.利用一微米孔篩進行過濾，該微米孔篩之孔徑介於0.1微米至0.3微米之間，藉以獲得一抗紫外光敷料。將該抗紫外光敷料塗敷於一皮膚上，以達到抗紫外光的功效。
