PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing immunonutrition for prevention of Canker and rice blast and health foods having anticancer activity by granulating or extracting Portulaca oleracea as a main ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing immunonutrition and health foods is characterized by extracting Portulaca oleracea as a main ingredient or granulating the extract. The extract of Portulaca oleracea is obtained by: drying Portulaca oleracea to a moisture content of 8% or less; preparing a processing solution by mixing 10L of water, 5L of 50% alcohol, 400g of and coral calcium; heating the mixed solution at 60 deg.C or below to remove alcohol components; adding 15L of the heated solution to 1.5kg of dried Portulaca oleracea, followed by heating up to a temperature of 60-90 deg.C for 3 hours then freezing with dry ice; pressurizing the frozen product to a pressure of 3-8 atm in an autoclave of 10 atm for 4 hours; reducing its pressure to 1 atm and holding it for 24 hours; and pressing rema
